Growing Future Leaders
Our Mission at Creek Kids is to partner with parents in order to engage, equip, and excite our youngest members as they learn the Bible, grow in their relationship with God, and develop a faith to call their own.
We offer programming for children Nursery- 5th grade at both 9:30 and 10:30. At 9:30 we offer more in-depth Bible classes for your children where they will learn more of the Bible Basics such as navigating the Bible, learning the books of the Bible and more. At 10:30 we offer our Creek Kids programming which includes all that 9:30 offers, but with the addition of a Worship time, a large group gathering time for our Bible story and more small group connection time.
On Wednesday night we offer free childcare for any parents who are attending one of our adult Bible classes or who are meeting in a Life Group. We also offer special classes for our 5th graders to help prepare them for when they transition into our Student Ministry in 6th grade. Check the calendar for more information on what classes are being offered for your 5th grader.
Be sure to check our calendar of events and sign up for our Creek Kids Notifications so you can stay up to date.

What do I need to bring for my infant/toddler when I drop them off?
Please bring your child’s diaper bag, cup, and an extra change of clothes. All items should be labeled with their name. Upon checking in, you will receive a sticker tag to place on the diaper bag. If your child is potty-training or potty-trained, please bring an extra pull-up or diaper.
Can I provide a snack for my child to eat during Creek Kids programming?
We ask that no outside food or drinks be brought into the classrooms. Occasionally we will provide a snack during special circumstances. At that time we will have allergy-friendly snacks available. However, bottles and baby food are allowed in the infant nursery and will be given at your request/instruction.
How will I be notified if my child needs me?
If parent assistance is needed, you will receive a text requesting you to come to your child’s classroom. For this reason, please keep your phone with you but on silent.
What is Creek Kids doing to insure the safety of my children?
The safety of our Creek Kids is of utmost importance to us. Having various systems in place in the following areas allows us to ensure we are providing the safest environment possible for your children.
- Volunteers: Each Creek Kids volunteer meets our membership requirements and has passed a background check. These are run upon applying for a volunteer position and updated every two years. Volunteers go through training to become “Ministry Safe Certified”. We maintain a safe ratio of volunteers to children according to age categories. In addition, we always have two adults in each class.
- Cleaning/Sanitizing: In addition to the regular cleaning of the building, toys in classrooms are cleaned and disinfected after each use and in between services. Sanitizing stations are provided outside of each classroom.
- Check-In/Out: Upon arrival at Creekside, each Creek Kid will be checked in and receive a sticker name tag that includes their age, grade, classroom number, event name, and unique family safety number. The parents/guardian will receive a tag with the same number. This tag will be used to check the children out of class. Children will only be allowed to be dismissed to an adult that presents a matching safety number. This process can also be done using our app if the tag is lost or misplaced. An alternate trusted adult may also be added by a parent/guardian at our Creek Kids Guest check-in counter.
Allergies/Medical Specifications: When your child is registered in our system, any allergies or medical issues that may need to be known while they are in our care will be noted in their profile. This will also appear on their printed name tag so that the responsible adults will be aware should a situation arise where this information could be pertinent.
Nursery
We believe that children are a gift from the Lord and we feel it is never too early to start sowing seeds of biblical truth in their hearts. Nursery aged children are presented with a wonderful hands-on creation lesson that involves music, sensory play, and more.
Preschool & Elementary
Learning about Jesus should be fun and engaging at every level! During their hour with us your children will get to start in their small groups for an engaging welcoming activity. Once everyone has arrived, children will gather in a large group with other classes to experience a wonderful time of worship, engaging storytelling, skits and interactive learning. After that, they return to their small group where the lesson is reinforced through games, crafts and more.
